Day Delegate Packages

To make planning your event an even easier process, we have created a delegate package that includes all the basic requirements to have a successful event. Our package includes:

Equipment

Data projector and screen, 1 flipchart with pad and pens, WiFi access.

Room hire

Subject to minimum numbers. Additional meeting or break out rooms are charged at the daily room hire rate

Lunch

Choose from the lunch options; served either inside or outside your room depending on the best set up for your selected room / meeting.
We would be happy to discuss what arrangement would best suit your needs.

Drinks

Fairtrade organic tea and coffee, fruit and herbal infusions. House water

£50 Delegate rate for the Premium Suites

All the new rooms on the second floor come with the NEW competitive £50 (inc VAT) Day Delegate Package. This is a specially tailored package and only available for these rooms.
With the £50 package, as well as your room, you will get all day refreshments, delegate water, finger buffet lunch, use of the data projector & screen, laptop, flipchart and WiFi access. Minimum numbers apply.
Upgrade your package to have a hot fork buffet served at our restaurant for £55 (inc VAT) per delegate (limited availability due to space restrictions, please enquire with the sales team). Minimum numbers apply.

A selection of traditional sandwiches (1 round), regional cheese board & oatcakes, hand cooked crisps, fresh fruit bowl, organic apple juice
All sandwiches are served with equal quantities of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings on separate platters. If you would like different quantities to meet your requirements, please let us know when ordering to enable us to customise your order

Savoury Selection Working Lunch

A selection of traditional sandwiches (1 round), Home-made chicken saté with peanut dip, vegetable spring rolls, crudités with dips and mixed olives, hand cooked crisps, fresh fruit bowl, organic apple juice.
All sandwiches are served with equal quantities of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings on separate platters. If you would like different quantities to meet your requirements, please let us know when ordering to enable us to customise your order
 

Premium Suites Finger Buffet Menu – only available for the new rooms on the second floor

A selection of traditional sandwiches (1 round) served with equal quantities of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings on separate platters, mini meat balls (with salsa), MSC Thai Ginger Fish Brochettes (with dips & olives), falafel (with Aioli Mayonnaise Dip), selection of finger desserts and organic apple juice.
 

Fork Buffets

All buffets are served with freshly prepared potato salad, home-made coleslaw & mixed green salad, speciality bread rolls & butter and dessert of the day.
