Lost Property Policy

Our policy for lost property is as follows:-

Any valuable lost property will be recorded in the lost property book and kept in secure space located the Hospitality Office for a maximum of 3 months after which time it will be taken to a charity shop or sold with any proceeds going to the Religious Society of Friends as a donation.

Personal items such as clothing, umbrellas, papers etc... will be recorded in the lost property book and kept in the cupboard in reception for a maximum of 1 month after which time it will sent to a charity shop or disposed of if appropriate.

This policy relates to all property, internal or external.
