New meeting rooms

Elizabeth-Fry-Suite-border.jpgWe are delighted to announce the launch of our new 2nd floor conference and meeting space in September 2011. These four contemporary rooms named after notable Quakers will be fitted with all the equipment you need for a successful meeting.

Accommodating up to 100 delegates in one room, the floor will be available for individual meetings or conferences or can be hired exclusively to include a catering area and breakout rooms. The William Penn and Elizabeth Fry Suites also have the added flexibility of a moveable partition creating two smaller more intimate rooms if required. 

And our policy of events not costing the earth continues throughout our new facilities. We’ll be offering the same value for money, with the same friendly service in an easily accessible location.

All the new rooms on the second floor will come with the NEW competitive £50 (inc VAT) Day Delegate Package. This is a specially tailored package and only available for these rooms.

With the £50 package, as well as your room, you will get all day unlimited refreshments, delegate water, finger or fork buffet lunch, use of the data projector & screen, laptop, flipchart and free WiFi access. Minimum numbers apply.
