When you host an event at Friends House you’re in distinguished company, our guests have ranged from Gandhi and Bertrand Russell to trade unions.

Conference halls

Our main conference halls, the Large Meeting Hall and Small Meeting Hall, can accommodate large numbers of people, but we have plenty of smaller rooms too – contact our friendly sales team for more information on 020 7663 1094/95 or at events@quaker.org.uk.

Room capacities

Large Meeting House

At Friends House we offer a selection of competitively priced rooms from Monday to Sunday, ranging from small meeting rooms to our enormous meeting halls. All rooms are well furnished and equipped and can be booked for various time spans.

We offer discount to registered charities. For further information, please contact the Sales Team on 020 7663 1094/95 or email events@quaker.org.uk

Sessions

Meeting roomRooms can be hired in sessions or multiple sessions. Each session is a morning, afternoon or evening. Around the building there are lots of quiet informal spaces for group work.

Session times:

  • Morning: 09.00 - 12.30
  • Afternoon: 13.30 - 17.00
  • Day: 09.00 - 17.00
  • Evening: 18.30 - 21.30

Catering

All the catering needs for your event can be met in house from hot breakfasts to all day packages. For menus and prices please see our catering pages or contact us for further details.
