SAFETY AROUND OUR VENUE

With COVID-19 we know that cleaning and hygiene are key. We have taken extra measures to ensure that our venue is kept clean at all times. We have implemented a cleaning regime that goes even further than our usual exceptional standards. We have also retrained all of our in-house cleaning team.

Putting people first

Our team’s safety and well-being is very important to us. All staff working on-site are asked to take a rapid lateral flow test twice a week.

We provide our team with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for their area of work. We installed protective screens at our reception desks, and the Quaker Centre bookshop and café counters.

All our staff have received a two-week “return to work” training course prior to reopening. The course covered our new processes and procedures. We have also decided to provide staff with additional uniforms, to take the pressure off frequent cleaning and ensure clean uniforms are worn for each shift.

Enhanced cleaning

Regular virucidal cleaning of high touch points, including door handles, handrails, lift buttons, and toilet facilities.

Face coverings

Our staff, customers and visitors are encouraged to wear face coverings in our communal spaces, including reception, landings, corridors and staircases.

Hand hygiene

Hand washing sinks are available within our toilet facilities, located on the ground, first and second floors. Download our Floor Plan [PDF].

Automatic hand sanitiser dispensers are available to use around our venue, including at reception and central landings on the first and second floors.
