Putting people first

We will always prioritise our team’s safety and well-being. Our staff is temperature checked on arrival. Anyone with temperature is sent home on full-pay.

We provide our team with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for their area of work. We also installed protective screens and safety barriers in our public-facing areas, such as our reception area or the café.

All staff members will receive a 2-week “return to work” training course prior to reopening. This will cover our new processes and procedures. We have also decided to provide staff with additional uniforms, to take the pressure off frequent cleaning and ensure clean uniforms are worn for each shift.
