We know that hygiene and food safety is a concern in regards to COVID-19 transmission. We want to make sure that breaks and lunch are enjoyable and stress-free moments for delegates.
We have partnered with Hubbub, our trusted caterer, and adapted our catering offer to provide a safe yet delicious catering experience for your events, this includes the following measures:

We encourage customers to increase ventilation in meeting and event spaces with use of the built-in air handling systems or by opening windows.
If your event requires the addition of break out rooms or several meeting rooms, those will be located as close as possible to the main room, to reduce movement around our venue.
We carry out virucidal cleaning of high touch points, including door handles, tables, catering counters, and lighting controls.
We lock our meeting rooms after setting up and cleaning, giving you the reassurance that your event space has not been accessed since it was last cleaned.
Sanitising wipes are available for equipment after use, including coffee and hot water dispensers.
Our staff and customers are encouraged to wear face coverings in event spaces.
Hand washing sinks are available within our toilet facilities, located on the ground, first and second floors.
Countertop pump hand sanitiser dispensers are available in our event spaces.
