Friends House is delighted to announce that the Quaker Centre Bookshop & Seed Café has been awarded a 5 Star rating by the Food Standards Agency. This is a fantastic achievement for our team, which went through a thorough assessment undertaken by Camden Council.

There are exciting times ahead for our Seed Café & Quaker Centre Bookshop as we roll out our brand new menu this summer. We will be adding more delicious vegan

and vegetarian options to our menu as we have seen an increase in demand for healthy delicious food options across London.

The new menu consists of a collection of freshly made vegan and vegetarian pastries, wraps and salads. In addition to the fine selection of hot lunch options including our lovely quiche of the day range.

Our Café is 100% vegetarian and vegan which aligns with our sustainability ethos. We want to be as eco-friendly as possible, in line with the Quiet Company Strategic Environmental and Sustainability Plan. Our commitment is to do the following:

• • No ingredients or retail goods containing palm oil by 2024. (Including products that claim to contain sustainably sourced palm oil)
  • No non-essential parts and equipment or food produce transported by air freight by 2025
  • All food purchases compatible with our land impact standard by 2025
