At Friends House, we have some specially crafted Day Delegate Packages to make sure your event has everything it needs. Here are our popular packages that can help you save time and money when planning your event with us.

Premium Day Delegate Packages

Our simplest option is the Premium Day Delegate Package. Like all of our packages, it includes room hire, WiFi access, catering, and a selection of audio-visual equipment for you to use. Our friendly team of Welcome Hosts can help you set up an LCD screen, projector and speakers if you require assistance. They will also be on hand to you throughout the day to provide support.

All of the event catering at Friends House uses locally produced, organic and Fairtrade ingredients where possible. Your delegates can savour handmade refreshments, knowing that what they’re eating is sustainable. We can also cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free – simply let our Events Team know when you book your event.

We recommend the Premium Day Delegate for small/medium-sized events. Prices start at only £55pp including VAT.

Premium Plus Day Delegate Packages

The Waldo Williams Suite

If you need more audio-visual equipment the Premium Plus Day Delegate option may be the one for you. Ideal for medium/large-sized events, it comes with a wider selection of technical support, such as a laptop and a PA system.

The Premium Plus Day Delegate Package also comes with even more catering for your delegates to enjoy, including organic biscuits, and fresh fruit. You can also upgrade your lunch from the standard finger buffet to our hot fork buffet.

Delegate Packages in The Light Auditorium

The Light Auditorium

An award-winning 1000-seat auditorium, The Light is the largest event space of its kind in the Euston and King’s Cross area.  The space is a top choice for hosting conferences, AGMs, product launches, and more. It has a dedicated team of AV specialists. They can help you with initial ideas to helping you run a stunning event with ease. There is also a private reception area for added privacy for your event.

As with the rest of our packages at Friends House, The Light has two package options available – Premium and Premium Plus. The Premium Day Delegate Package costs £65pp inc. VAT and the Premium Plus option is £75pp inc. VAT. Both come with free use of an AV specialist, a dedicated receptionist, AV and presentation equipment and event catering. Like the previous packages, there is more equipment available when you book with Premium Plus and comes with a greater range of food and drinks.

Eat Healthier With Our Wellbeing Packages

The Wellbeing Lucnh

In 2017, we launched our healthier Wellbeing Day Delegate Packages. The Wellbeing Packages come with the same equipment as the standard packages, but the food and drink provided follows Public Health England’s Eatwell Guide.  The seasonal lunches and snacks provided include fresh fruit, cereal bars, and a balanced, wholesome lunch.

The Wellbeing Day Delegate Packages cost exactly the same as our other packages, which start at £55pp inc. VAT. Simply request to switch to Wellbeing when booking for an event at Friends House. Email events@quaker.org.uk to find out more.
