Following the latest announcement from the Government that most restrictions will be lifted, we are really looking forward to welcoming more customers back into our venue. We would still like you to feel safe during your visit, so we will keep the following measures in place to help ensure that your events and our staff remain Covid-secure:

• Face coverings
  Our staff will continue to wear a face covering in communal spaces and we would encourage you to do the same to help keep everyone safe.
• Hygiene and cleanliness
  Hand sanitisers will continue to be available throughout the venue. We will keep our enhanced cleaning regime in place; as an added guarantee, our venue is Visit England’s Good To Go, and AIM Secure accredited.
• Testing
  COVID-19 rapid lateral flow tests will still be available to staff, who are currently encouraged to take them twice-weekly.
• Catering
  We will continue to serve catering in individual recyclable packaging until the end of September, unless requested otherwise.
• Flexible bookings
  Our Peace of Mind Promise is still in place and available until the end of September. Contact our Events team to find out more.

Capacities
Limits on room capacities will no longer be in place from 19 July, so we can accommodate future bookings up to 1,000 delegates in The Light auditorium.

We will review our COVID-19 safety measures at the end of September 2021, in the menatime you can always find our latest Covid-secure guidelines in our COVID-19 resource centre. We hope that you will feel reassured that you and your delegates will continue to be able to meet safely at our venue. We’re looking forward to seeing you soon.

Note: Friends House will remain open for events only. We hope to reopen other services such as the Quaker Centre soon and will keep you update.
