Our new COVID-19 guidelines will ensure that staff work in a safe and clean environment.
We will always put people first and prioritise our team's safety and well-being. Staff will be temperature checked on arrival, before starting work. Anyone with temperature will be sent home on full-pay.
We will provide our team with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for their area of work. We are also installing safety barriers in our public-facing areas, such as our reception area or the cafe.
All staff members will receive in-depth training on new processes and procedures. We have also decided to provide staff with additional uniforms, to take the pressure off frequent cleaning and ensure clean uniforms are worn for each shift.
