VISIT FRIENDS HOUSE

Friends House is open for events only as we have had to extend the Quaker Centre closure

With a heavy heart, we have realised that we can’t reopen the café at the moment.

We are currently facing difficulties due to the nationwide struggle with resourcing and food supplies. This means we are unable to guarantee what products we would be able to offer, or that we can provide the team members needed to run the cafe consistently and to the standard that you deserve. We want to reopen when we are able to provide you with the best service we can offer, using the locally sourced, sustainable products that you have come to expect from us, and that are in line with our Quaker values.

We know this will come as a disappointment, and we are truly sorry. We miss you all and it wasn’t an easy decision to take. In the meantime, you can still purchase books from the online Quaker bookshop portal.

When we feel the time is right to reopen, we will let you know on our social media accounts.
