If you feel that we have not met our commitments or if you are not happy with our services or your experience at Friends House, please contact us at events@quaker.org.uk. We will do everything in our power to ensure that we resolve your complaint.

Our commitment to you is that we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 working hours (except weekends). This will be investigated by the management team who will respond in full within 5 full working days.
