We strive for an inclusive society where disadvantaged groups are considered and given opportunities to be part of the community.

Working with Disadvantaged Groups

We launched the Bake The Difference programme to help ex-offenders integrate into society through practical and theoretical cooking and baking skills. Last year, we also launched Maintain The Difference, where ex-offenders work with our Facilities team.

We are hosting The HUB once a week, a space co-designed with men who have experienced the prison system. It is a safe place for them to meet other people and to get support, such as: 1-1 professional advice and support with housing, benefits, volunteering, employment, education, training, health and wellbeing.

Treating Staff Fairly

We are a Living Wage Employer and pay staff above the London Living Wage (currently £11.95 per hour). There is currently a 1:4 ratio between the highest and lowest paid member of staff.

Helping Those in Need

With the help of Toilet Twinning, we have twinned all the toilets in our venue. This has helped several communities across the globe access safe latrines or toilets.
