The AIM Higher Silver accreditation: a mark of excellence

This accreditation from the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) is a mark of excellence for venues across the country. AIM Higher venues uphold quality, professionalism, and credibility. This means a lot to us, as we had to adapt and maintain our quality of service during the pandemic. Our Covid-19 resource centre has been essential to reassure customers, something we pointed out to the assessor.

The AIM Higher Silver accreditation: assessment process

Our customer journey and business processes were independently assessed. Our team worked hard to provide evidence. They compiled all our processes, policies, and SOPs. The independent assessor also interviewed a few of our staff members. The assessor examined the following areas:

• Resources
• Researching and monitoring your customers’ needs
• Creating the customer environment
• Booking information and procedures
• Pricing and payment procedures
• Service delivery
• Customer service
• Business recovery
• Steps to continuous improvement
